These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bliss Estates marketing website at www.blissestates.life (the "Site"), operated by Bliss Estates. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about Bliss Estates — a country retirement village of cabin homes in Audrain County, Missouri for adults 50 and older. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or housing advice.

Availability, pricing, lease terms, amenities, and move-in timelines described on the Site may change. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer until confirmed in writing by Bliss Estates.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to harass others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems
• Submit false, misleading, or automated spam through contact forms
• Copy, scrape, or republish Site content without permission
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security

Text, design, logos, and other materials on the Site are owned by Bliss Estates or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

The Site may use third-party services, including Google Analytics (see our Privacy Policy) and email delivery for contact messages. Those services are subject to their own terms and policies. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Bliss Estates is not a medical provider, nursing facility, or clinical care provider. References to safety, accessibility, and on-site staff describe village operations and peace of mind — not medical or emergency services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLISS ESTATES AND ITS OWNERS, STAFF, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SITE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bliss Estates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Your continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
