Bliss Estates is a 50+ country retirement village — singles and couples in Missouri country, not a nursing home, just a calm and neighborly pace. We are community-driven: friendly, secure, and serious about the standards that keep everyone comfortable.

    Each 400 sq ft (16×26) ground-level cabin is a private home with porch, carport, and your own front and backyard.

  • A quiet, retirement-stage pace

    Designed around calm, low-maintenance country living for the 50+ chapter — an unhurried, neighborly setting.

  • Move-in funds

    $3,220 due at move-in (first & last month at $1,200, $800 security deposit, $20 lagoon fee). With an approved pet under 50 lbs: $3,720. Pay through Innago; processing fees apply.

  • Small pets welcome

    Small animals under 50 pounds are welcome with an additional $500 deposit and landlord approval.

  • Maintenance inspections

    Twice a year we walk your cabin together — not to surprise you, but to keep every home safe and well maintained. Mike and Stacy schedule inspections every six months and notify you well in advance with the date, time window, and what we plan to review inside and outside. It is how we protect beautiful living in safe surroundings for the whole village.

  • No cigarette smoking indoors

    We keep cabin air clean and welcoming for every neighbor who follows you. Cigarette smoking inside Bliss Estates homes is not allowed — smoke settles into walls and carpets and affects the next resident's home. First violation: one written warning — we would rather correct it early. Second violation: $500 documented cleanup fee (through Innago) and lease cancellation per your agreement.

  • Cannabis per Missouri law

    Bliss Estates is cannabis-friendly for adults acting lawfully under Missouri law. Use stays private and discrete — no visible or disruptive behavior that disturbs neighbors or the calm, friendly village we share. Respect for the community comes first; what stays considerate behind your door, within the law, is yours.

Innago screening

Every adult 18 and older in the household applies individually through Innago.

  • $50 non-refundable application fee

    One $50 Innago fee per adult — covers criminal background, credit check, eviction history, and income verification together (not separate charges).

  • Minimum 620 credit score

    Verified through Innago's screening process.

  • Income at least 2× monthly rent

    Gross monthly income of $2,400 or more (2× $1,200 rent).

  • No evictions in the last 10 years

    Eviction history is checked as part of screening.

  • Everyone 18 and older applies individually

    Each adult in the household must complete their own application through Innago.

  • Application fee credited if approved

    If you are selected and move in, Bliss Estates applies the application fee toward your first month's rent.

  • Stackable washer and dryer on the utility-closet hookups (residents purchase and install their own stackable set)
  • Traditional full-size washers and dryers are not allowed in the home
  • Community mini laundromat available if you prefer not to install in-home laundry
