Bliss Estates is a country retirement village — twenty private cabin homes for adults 50+, singles and couples welcome, on Hwy HH near Mexico, Missouri (Audrain County).

Our first cabins finish around October 2026. Tell us you would like a home — it is free, non-binding, and helps us build more at once.

Why a letter of intent?

    A letter of intent takes about two minutes. It is not an application, a lease, a deposit, or a payment — just a note that you would like a home here.

  • It helps us build more, sooner

    We share how much interest we have gathered with our lender. The more neighbors who express intent, the more cabins we can build at once — instead of a few at a time.

  • What happens next

    Our first two homes are finishing around October 2026. Mike and Stacy will keep you posted as homes get close, and you can apply through Innago whenever you are ready to move forward.
